 The film stars Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly, Christopher Lloyd as Dr. Emmett" Doc" Brown, Lea Thompson as Lorraine Baines- McFly, Crispin Glover as George McFly, and Thomas F. Wilson as Biff Tannen.

2. Plot 

 


 The story follows 17- time-old Marty McFly, a high  academy pupil living in Hill Valley, California, in 1985. He has a  worried relationship with his  skittish father, George, and his  tyrannous  mama , Lorraine. His family's life is dominated by George’s high  academy bully, Biff Tannen, who continues to  kill him indeed in  majority. Marty’s only escape comes through his love of music, skateboarding, and his  fellowship with the eccentric scientist Dr. Emmett Brown. 
 
 One night, Marty meets Doc Brown at a shopping boardwalk parking lot, where Doc unveils his  rearmost invention a time machine  erected into a DeLorean auto powered by plutonium. Just as they test the machine, terrorists Doc had stolen the plutonium from attack, and Doc is  putatively killed. Marty escapes in the DeLorean, inadvertently  cranking  the time circuits and traveling back to the time 1955. 
 
 In 1955, Marty accidentally interferes with the moment when his parents were supposed to meet,  precluding their relationship from forming. In a  hopeless attempt to restore history, he seeks out a  youngish Doc Brown for help. Together, they concoct a plan to reunite George and Lorraine while also figuring out how to harness the power of a lightning strike — since the DeLorean has no plutonium — to return Marty to 1985. 
 
 Marty instructors George on standing up for himself and expressing his love for Lorraine. Meanwhile, Biff continues to  envenom both Marty and George. In a apocalyptic  moment at the  academy  cotillion , George overcomes his fear, punches Biff, and wins Lorraine’s heart,  icing their future together. With history corrected, Marty races against time to reach the DeLorean before lightning strikes the  city  timepiece  palace. With Doc’s precise  computations, the energy sends Marty back to 1985. 
 
 Upon returning, Marty finds that his  conduct have significantly  bettered his family’s lives. George is now a confident and successful  pen, Lorraine is happy, and Biff has been reduced to a demure auto washer rather than a  persecutor. still, just as Marty reunites with his gal Jennifer, Doc suddenly appears from the future,  prompting them to come with him to resolve a  extremity involving their  unborn children. The DeLorean takes off, setting up the events of Back to the unborn Part II.
